How to Schedule Your Part 107 Exam

Step 1.

Create an FAA Integrated Airman Certification and Rating Application (IACRA) Account

Explanation: Before you can schedule your exam, you need an FAA Tracking Number (FTN) to identify you in the system. This step ensures you’re registered with the FAA.

  • Visit the FAA IACRA website.
  • Click “Register” at the top right corner.

When You Need to Reschedule Your Exam:
Life happens, and sometimes you need to change your exam date. PSI allows you to reschedule your exam, but it’s important to do it within their time frame to avoid penalties.

  • After selecting a testing center, click “Schedule Exam” next to the desired location.
  • Choose the Part 107: UAG (Unmanned Aircraft General – Small) exam from the test list.
  • Select a date and time that works for you, then proceed to checkout.

Step 4.

Pay for Your Exam

Explanation: Payment finalizes your scheduling and confirms your spot. Without paying, your test appointment won’t be reserved.

  • The cost of the Part 107 exam is $175. Be prepared to pay this fee when scheduling.
